The current advances in technologies require sustainable networking and computing models to meet the growing demand of emerging indispensable ICT applications such as smart cities, entertainment, business, healthcare etc. On the other hand, data intelligence and communication plays a critical role in sustainable computing, especially the size of the data is beyond the ability of commonly used computing platforms for capturing, managing, and processing the data. Recent breakthroughs in data mining, data modelling, data processing, and artificial intelligence are seeking applications in energy networks to build a more sustainable environment. As the opportunities and challenges co-exist in both the fields, this 4th International Conference of Sustainable Computing and Data Communication Systems [ICSCDS 2026] provides a platform to initiate research discussions in all the aspects including theoretical studies, real-time applications, and experimental prototypes. Moreover, ICSCDS 2026 focuses on the intelligent data processing, analysis, and understanding that support sustainable environments.

Established in 2008, Shree Venkateshwara Hi-Tech Engineering College (SVHEC) is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Anna University, Tamil Nadu. As a premier institution dedicated to excellence in engineering education, SVHEC has earned accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A’ grade and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for its Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) programs. In 2023, the college achieved autonomous status, further enhancing its commitment to providing a dynamic and industry-relevant curriculum.

SVHEC is committed to providing a robust academic environment that aligns with the vision, mission, and objectives of the institution. The college follows the curriculum and syllabi prescribed by Anna University, with a systematic approach to implementation through periodic meetings led by the Principal and Heads of Departments. To facilitate effective curriculum delivery, faculty members are actively encouraged to participate in Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and seminars organized by various institutions and industry partners.

SVHEC regularly invites experts from leading industries and reputed institutions to conduct skill development programs for both students and faculty. This engagement is further strengthened through Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with industry partners, ensuring our curriculum remains aligned with the latest industry trends and requirements. The institution offers significant academic flexibility, allowing students to choose from a range of electives and value-added courses designed to enhance their employability and meet industry needs.

To ensure continuous improvement and relevance, SVHEC actively seeks feedback from alumni, parents, guardians, academic peers, and industry experts. This feedback is systematically analyzed and incorporated into our curriculum recommendations to the university during update sessions.
